At Fhiit Life we have one goal: to help YOU reach YOUR goal! We offer a variety of classes throughout the week, to help keep you interested and engaged. Fitness should be fun and affordable and we do that here at Fhiit Life Studio!
We specialize in high intensity interval training (HIIT) which has been proven to burn calories even after your workout is complete, for up to 48 hours! HIIT is a combination of high intensity exercise, with low intensity exercise. HIIT has been proven more effective at burning fat and losing inches than steady state cardio, and in much less time! Because you are challenging yourself at a much higher level of intensity, you will increase your heart rate to your fat burning zone. Maximizing your fat burning potential!
These classes are fun and effective! Don't let the words "high intensity" scare you. Classes are for anyone! There will always be a modification for each move!
We offer BeachBody classes! Have you ever heard of P90X? Trainer Tony Horton? We are now able to offer these scientifically PROVEN workouts live! Results-driven, total body strength and conditioning workouts! Keep your body guessing and transforming with a combination of strength training, cardio conditioning, and core work to get ripped like never before!
Studies have proven that group fitness is better than working out on your own because you push yourselves to give it all you’ve got until the workout is complete!
We also offer Barre classes for members who prefer lower impact exercises. Barre fitness is a low impact, total body workout, that works your muscles to the point of fatigue. Barre classes are for all levels of fitness. It is a great routine that burns calories and burns fat. Small isometric movements (pulses) that involve mind to muscle connection. A great way to burn calories and relieve stress! You will hear us often say, “Embrace the shake!”
MMA (mixed, martial arts) is a 30 minute high intensity, interval class, where we will be punching, twisting, and kicking our way to burn fat! No equipment is used in this class. We use our body weight!
Classes are between 30 and 45 minutes long, so they will fit right into your busy schedule! Check out our schedule and description for each class under the class description tab.
Pinky is a NASM certified personal trainer and NASM certified nutrition specialist, a certified Barre instructor, and a certified P90X Live instructor. She has been training clients for over 10 years. If group fitness classes aren't exactly what you are looking for, we also offer personal training sessions. Tuesday-Thursday: 9am, 10:15am and 4:45pm, 6pm.
Friday: 9am and 10:15am.
Saturday: 9am, and 10:15am.
